Lebanese cucumbers are long and cylindrical in shape with dark green skin, white flesh and a crisp texture. They are smaller, and have smoother skin and a sweeter flavour than the common cucumber. Generally fruit are harvested at a slightly immature stage, near full size but before seeds fully enlarge and harden.

Watermelon can easily be called an "iconic summer fruit" due to its refreshing nature and signature sweet taste. It lacks the large hard black seeds of traditional watermelons; the Seedless watermelon can contain small white seeds that are soft and completely edible. It's the perfect snack or can be used for salads, cocktails, juice and smoothies. It's a good source of vitamin C, a good source of folic acid with some potassium and dietary fibre.
