It lacks the large hard black seeds of traditional watermelons; the Seedless watermelon can contain small white seeds that are soft and completely edible. It's the perfect snack or can be used for salads, cocktails, juice and smoothies. It's a good source of vitamin C, a good source of folic acid with some potassium and dietary fibre.

Sweet potatoes are usually orange but also found in other colors, such as white, red, pink, violet, yellow, and purple.

Sweet potatoes are only distantly related to regular potatoes.
