    Currently we delivery to the western Sydney Area. To check the available delivery suburb enter your post code.

  • When is your order cut off?

    Our order cut off is Wednesday 5pm

  • When will my delivery arrive?

    if you reach out to us at or call Alex on 0404494434 we will be able to give you an eta.

  • What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?

    If you will not be home for your delivery, we will leave your box in the safest possible location. We will also advise you when the delivery has been made.

  • When do we deliver?

    We deliver Friday evenings to Penrith area and Saturday/Sunday delivery for areas outside of Penrith.

  • What happens if I don’t receive my order?

    If your order has not been received by the end of the chosen delivery day and you have the relevant email confirmation for your order please contact us at or call Alex on 0404494434

  • How is my order delivered?

    Your boxes are delivered by us in our refrigerated truck to ensure the freshest quality.

  • Where are you located?

    Our wholesale business is located within Sydney markets at Flemington and our retail is based in South Penrith.

    What is the return/refund policy?

    We do our best to make sure your boxes are correct and filled with the freshest produce available. If there is an issue with missed or damaged produce please let us know within 24 hours via email at or give us a call on 0404494434. When can arrange replacements or refunds accordingly.

    Where does your produce come from?

    All of our produce is purchased within Sydney Markets in Flemington. All of our produce is grown throughout Australia. Bartuccios Fresh are proud to support our Aussie farmers, providing all Australian grown produce where possible to our customers. We do also offer certain things that are imported at different times of the year but you would always be notified of what and where that produce is coming from.
