We produce our homemade bronze-drawn pasta with the colors and flavors typical of our beloved Italy. Tomato, spinach, red wine, lemon, orange, turmeric, black squid ink and porcini mushrooms are the basis of the recipes of our flavored pasta, all natural and selected ingredients.

Green Nashi pears have a cream/white flesh which is sweet, firm, crisp and juicy, with a green to yellow russeted skin colour. Nashi pear is unlike the typical European style pear, it's ready to eat and does not need time to ripen and soften.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 180-200 deg C. From frozen, remove lid & cover with foil & cook approx 50 min using a fan forced oven or until core temp reaches 70 deg C. Remove cover last 10 min of cooking to brown on top. Let stand with cover on for 5 min before serving

Our dry slaw contains the following ingredients

Pasta Jesce durum wheat semolina pasta is made in Altamura, Apulia, in the South of Italy. This area, also known as La Puglia, is where the company was founded as a small pasta maker and became an international business as it is nowadays. 

Ingredients:

White corn flour, yellow corn flour, rice, water

Fresh pasta is made using Australian durum wheat semolina.

Minced Beef mixed with parmigiano and spices encased in a fine delicate fresh egg pasta parcel.

PREPARATION FROM FROZEN: Place pasta in salted boiling water, stir, return to boil and then reduce to simmer for approx 5-6 min. Drain water and serve. 1L water, 8g Salt, 100g Product.

KEEP FROZEN BELOW -18 DEG C
