Product Description

Lebanese cucumbers are long and cylindrical in shape with dark green skin, white flesh and a crisp texture. They are smaller, and have smoother skin and a sweeter flavour than the common cucumber. Generally fruit are harvested at a slightly immature stage, near full size but before seeds fully enlarge and harden.

What is Lebanese cucumber good for?
Their high water content is coupled with a low kilojoule count making them an excellent plant-based snack. Cucumbers are loaded with vitamin K, an essential vitamin for the blood-clotting process. They also contain vitamins A and C for healthy skin, eyes, brain function and bones.
