Pasta Jesce durum wheat semolina pasta is made in Altamura, Apulia, in the South of Italy. This area, also known as La Puglia, is where the company was founded as a small pasta maker and became an international business as it is nowadays. 

Ingredients:

White corn flour, yellow corn flour, rice, water

Trofie is a short, thin twisted pasta shape, about an inch in length. This shape is thick in the middle and has pointed ends. The shape originated in Liguria, Italy. This shape is recommended to be used with pesto sauce, as this specific sauce can easily get into the pasta's crevices.

11-13minutes to cook.

Fresh pasta sheets made with Australian durum wheat semolina, stuffed with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach. Then we layer it with our nonna's secret Napoli sauce, made with Roma tomatoes, olive oil mix, fresh herbs, garlic, onion, and parmesan.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 180-200 deg C. From frozen, remove lid & cover with foil & cook approx 50 min using a fan forced oven or until core temp reaches 70 deg C. Remove cover last 10 min of cooking to brown on top. Let stand with cover on for 5 min before serving

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 180-200 deg C. From frozen, remove lid & cover with foil & cook approx 120 min using a conventional oven or until core temp reaches 70 deg C. Remove cover last 10 min of cooking to brown on top. Let stand with cover on for 5 min before serving
