Rockmelons are moist with sweet apricot coloured flesh, with white seeds in their centre. They have a distinctive sweet tropical flavour. Rockmelon is a delicious ingredient in salads, smoothies and eaten by itself.

It lacks the large hard black seeds of traditional watermelons; the Seedless watermelon can contain small white seeds that are soft and completely edible.
