Rockmelons are moist with sweet apricot coloured flesh, with white seeds in their centre. They have a distinctive sweet tropical flavour. Rockmelon is a delicious ingredient in salads, smoothies and eaten by itself.

A lime is a citrus fruit, which is typically round, green in color, 3–6 centimetres in diameter, and contains acidic juice vesicles. There are several species of citrus trees whose fruits are called limes, including the Key lime, Persian lime, Makrut lime, and desert lime.

The Cara Cara navel orange or red fleshed navel orange is fast becoming a favourite winter fruit.  The fruit itself has a pinkish-red juicy flesh, it has a sweet tart berry-like flavour with little acidity.

Perfect for juicing, snacking, in fruit salads, green salads, desserts and sauces.

Green Nashi pears have a cream/white flesh which is sweet, firm, crisp and juicy, with a green to yellow russeted skin colour. Nashi pear is unlike the typical European style pear, it's ready to eat and does not need time to ripen and soften.
